Executive Gold Package

The Executive Gold coaching package is designed for busy executives who are committed to resolving a few well defined issues.  The package includes 6 coaching sessions over a 3-month period, one assessment (MBTI or Reiss Business Profile described below), and unlimited e-mail or brief phone calls during the 3-month period.



Premier Platinum Package

The Premier Platinum package is intended for high level leaders who are committed to implementing significant changes.  This package includes 20 coaching sessions over a 12-month period, the Leadership Circle Profile (see below) plus one other assessment (MBTI or Reiss Business Profile described below), and unlimited e-mail or brief phone calls during the 12-month period.


Laser Coaching - Instant, Focused, In-the-moment

Because an issue may crop up at any time, this ‘coach on call’ service is offered as a one-time intervention to provide a sounding board, work through a communications challenge, or address a non-work issue that is impacting your performance.


Individual Assessments 

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)

The MBTI is the most widely used and best validated personality assessment tool available in the market.  Based on Carl Jung’s theory of personality, the insights provided by the MBTI can foster new ways to work and interact with others.  By creating awareness of personal preferences, our own and others’, the MBTI supports improved individual and team performance.

The assessment is administered online and takes 15 – 20 minutes to complete and involves a 30-minute coaching session to interpret your results.

 

Reiss Business Profile

The Reiss Business Profile is a scientifically validated instrument that provides a comprehensive measure of human motivation.   The Profile assesses 16 motivational traits to determine which of the 16 motivators are strongly and weakly experienced in a particular individual. Those that are unusually strong or unusually weak are the most important for explaining an individual’s behavior.

The assessment is administered online and takes 10 - 15 minutes to complete.  The assessment provides a comprehensive 8-page report of your results and includes a 30-minute coaching session to help you interpret your results.


The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP)

TLCP is a true breakthrough among 360 degree assessments. It is the first to connect a well researched battery of competencies with the deep motivations and underlying habits of thought. It reveals the relationship between patterns of action and the internal assumptions that drive behavior. Ultimately, TLCP gives you the whole picture, going to the source of behavior to get greater leverage on change. In an instant, it gets your leader in touch with what is working, what is not, and why!

TLCP is a powerful tool for leaders who are committed and prepared to invest in developing their leadership skills.

The assessment is administered online and  a comprehensive report is provided either electronically or in hard copy, along with a one-hour coaching session to explore the results of the assessment.

The Leadership Culture Survey (TLCS)

TLCS reveals how groups and teams view their current leadership culture and compares that reality to the optimal culture they desire. The “gap” reveals key opportunities for leadership development. TLCS is not a climate survey: it identifies, with precision, how leadership is impacting your turnover, productivity, and bottom-line.  With laser accuracy, it indicates a clear pathway for change.

TLCS can be used to provide a snapshot of your organization's current leadership culture and can also serve as a basis for assessing and developing strategic direction by:
